The Conceptual Student

This morning, I woke up with a song in my heart. I had been listening to it since yesterday but its just so inspiring and I love it with all my heart. I know some people who can’t probably remember sang that song in my high school some Sunday as a special number. Its just an awesome song and its just what I need for this stage of my life. I feel like I have to juggle so many things and I just feel like I’m not living my life anymore.

The paramount thing on my mind today is the Shocker Business Plan Competition. Tomorrow is the Final presentation and God helped us to this stage. Its just so awesome. However, we have so much confidence to gather. I also need to have a good command of the Financials of the business plan. Apart from that, my fingers are crossed. Kind of confident, kind of just there. However, we will be fine.

Most irritating thing I’ve encountered recently is the Facebook Spam. I knew that this will be the aftermath of the numerous Facebook applications and definitely there’s been no successful venture on the internet that has not experienced the wrath of Canadian Pharmacies and Ringtone Websites. Even my small blogs have had Spam attempts from them numerous times. Quit already, nobody wants free penis enlargement pills or ringtones for crying out loud. Any doodoo out there can now transfer music and mp3 tones to their phones on their own and people are now more educated to think a pill can actually increase their size; what inferiority. Anyway, facebook got spam and to that effect, I decided to see how MySpace looked. I spent about an hour trying to work out a decent profile. Its not a bad social network though if not because they have this bias towards Internet Explorer for some reason and I’m a proud Firefoxer… I just thought since the exclusive no SPAM simple social network thing about Facebook was gone, I better try out new stuff and stop giving myself excuses. I also noticed on Facebook that for some reason, I lost some of my friends and had to re-request for them to be my friends. Initially I was mad; ‘DUDE! Am I that boring that you had to remove me from your friends?’ Nah, Facebook has some kinks they have to sort out with themselves…. LMAO.

Well, I just woke up, went to the bathroom and here I am doing what relieves my stress the most and launches me to an awesome day ~~I love writing~~ actually its my best stress relieving activity. I just hit em’ hit em’ hit em’ on the keyboard and I feel like I just kicked major ass when I’m done…. NOT! It just helps me pour out a lot of things I think about that I probably have no one to discuss with or doesn’t directly concern anyone around me. Anyhow, pray for us… Our business idea is the Student Effects Internet Retail Store and we are presently competing in the 2008 Shocker Business Plan Competition. Click on the ‘Student E……’ I wrote earlier to see more about our business idea and the competition. Anyway, that’s what is bothering me now and I know its going to be fine. Wish me luck… I’d probably write again tomorrow morning to update you on my preparation and maybe in the evening again to tell you how it went.
